Every part begins as an original CAD design using research, measurements, and reference photos to ensure maximum accuracy.
HOW EVERY PART IS MADE
Once the design is complete, it is printed on one of eight professional resin 3D printers using high-resolution materials to capture the fine details that make each part stand out.
CLEAN & INSPECT
After printing, every part is carefully washed, UV cured, inspected, and prepared by hand to ensure it meets the quality standards expected by NASCAR model builders.
PACKAGE & SHIP
Once approved, each order is carefully packaged to protect every part during shipping and sent directly from our New York workshop to model builders around the world.
A DAY AT JAYE'S MODEL GARAGE
Ever wonder how one person designs new products, works a full-time job, and still ships orders every week? Here's a look inside a typical day at Jaye's Model Garage.
BEFORE BED
WHILE I SLEEP
Before I go to bed, all eight printers are loaded with the next round of parts needed for stock or upcoming orders. While I sleep, the printers continue building parts throughout the night.
BEFORE WORK
WHILE I'M AT WORK
In the morning, I remove the completed build plates and hang them so the excess resin can drain while I am at my full-time job during the day.
AFTER WORK
THE SECOND SHIFT BEGINS
Once I get home, all eight printers worth of parts move through washing and UV curing. While that process is running, I begin packing customer orders and preparing shipments.
THE NEXT MORNING
ORDERS HEAD TO THE POST OFFICE
My wife takes the packages I prepared the night before to the post office while I am back at work, keeping orders moving without interrupting the production cycle.
EVERY EVENING
THE CYCLE STARTS AGAIN
After the parts are cleaned, inspected, and the orders are packed, the printers are loaded again for another overnight run.
By the time another day comes to an end, all eight printers are loaded once again and another overnight production cycle begins. It's a routine repeated every day to keep the parts flowing to model builders around the world.
