The lower grill fits the early Chevy lumina kits from 1990-93. In order to get this to fit there needs to be a lot of modifying (i.e. cutting and sanding) done to the bumper. I've included a picture of the opening before I installed the grill. FYI I did that in 10-15 minutes and rushed it just to get some pics. This is NOT Plug and Play like the upper grill.
